Left Los Arcos at 5.00am this morning. Charming little town with a beautiful church.

Had a really long trek of 29k and arrived tired and sweaty in Logrono at 13.00. Needed immediate resuscitation with large cold beer for John and 3 Coca Zeros with ice for me. We are booked in at the Pension Logrono Pellegrino. It is truly amazing. Double bed and private bathroom for 48 euro. But it's in the middle of the city with fabulous double aspect enclosed balconies.

Anyway we're having a siesta out of the midday sun. Will explore later
