First proper day of training!

Happy Mother's Day to all!

As promised, details about the Camino challenge for Cudeca. John and Susie are fly into Málaga. After witnessing the Feria in Alhaurín, we are catching trains to Málaga and then Leon in Castilla. John and I visited Leon last year on the Camino Frances. It's a beautiful city with a fantastic Cathedral. We are going to walk the Camino de San Salvador 120 miles to Oviedo. This is an ancient route dating from King Alfonso 2. He ordered that Christian relics should be taken North to the cathedral at Oviedo to keep them safe from the Muslim invaders. After a couple of days rest, we are going to walk the Camino Primitivo to Santiago. These are 2 of the oldest and toughest Caminos. So, wish me luck!
