Leaving Pamplona was hard because it's such a beautiful. The atmosphere and history embrace you. It was great to hear about the Bull Run and see the bull ring. The stage to Puenta de la Reina was probably my favourite so far with rolling green hills and beautiful wild flowers. The climb up to Alto de Perón at 750 metres was hard but with fabulous views. There is a famous sculpture of the pilgrims at the top

I'm beginning to sleep a little better but I still wake up at 2-3 thinking about what has happened and running the whole process of Siobhan's illness and death. Probably worrying that I missed something and perhaps hoping that she will walk through the door. Still there is always a little part of her that is going the whole distance with us.
