I know it's easy to say Americans are loud and opinionated but I have to tell you that we had dinner last night with the most charming young couple from Wisconsin. She is a newly qualified dentist and he is an accountant. Nice quiet, respectful and informed conversation. The first people to be doing the Camino for religious reasons. Devout Catholic s. 25k today but passed the 400k mark. We have now booked all our accommodation through to Santiago which we will reach on 3.7.24. It feels so weird that the end is coming into view! I'm hoping my answers are coming soon.

Anyway, because we have had reservation difficultly, we are staying in an Albergue in a shared dormitory!! Gross not expecting much sleep. But I thought you might like to see
